I had some errands to run this morning, including the grocery store and the thrift store to donate 2 bags of clothing.

First stop, grocery store. I found $7 crumpled up near the back of the parking lot, where I park to get the exercise!

Second stop, thrift store. Made the donation of two very heavy bags of clothing, then decided to look around while it was not crowded.

Found this pack of quilting magazines, all wrapped nicely in plastic. I picked it up, and from what I could see, there were maybe 6 magazines in the bundle but I couldn't see all of them. The pack was $2.99.
Then I found this cute little sewing tin with a picture of girls sewing and gossiping. Great for all kinds of quilting notions. That was 99 cents. So, if you factor in my found money this morning, I still made out ahead of the game today!

Got home, opened up the magazines, and there were really 10 of them. Great deal, for 30 cents each, plus, the whole point of going there was to give away clothes that were just cluttering up my closet. More room for fabric now.
