Cheap embroidery designs are at
http://www.emblibrary.com. They've got tons of them and you can sign up for their newsletter, birthday club and Christmas club. You will then get free designs on your b/d.
I wish they had Paypal for checkout :)
they do have paypal....I use it way more than I should!
