Thank you all but I ended up with multiple issues and I have fixed the problem.
1. My darning foot has a nick errrrrrrrrrr
2. This thread sheads alot so alot of cleaning inside errrrrrrr
3. Something with the bobbin wasn't right also errrrrrrrr
Changed out the bobbin, rewound, going to get a new darning foot and start praying all works well from now on. lol
