My neighbor has an apple tree, I could see it from my sewing area. Last year she made such a big deal she gave some to one of the other neighbors, she said enough for a pie. This woman doesn't cook EVER and yet she never offerend me any. I would have made applebutter and jelly and would have given her some. it bothers me to no end that the apples fall to the ground and it is good food being wasted.
