Grann, I need other ideas what to do with apples... We have soooooooo much and it would be nice to have a variety to choose from over the year..
You can make apple cider and freeze it. I follow a blog and they just did that. If you can't bring them some place to have the apples pressed into cider you can do it will a juicer. however since the juicer removes the juice from the apple and still leaves the apple pulp I would take the pulp put it in a pot add water, you will still have the apple flavor it is just missing all the juice and I would make apple butter or apple sauce with the pulp. or freeze it and use the pulp in replace of bananas in banana bread adding cinnamon cloves and nutmeg to the recipe.
