Well I weighed in and I only lost .2 pounds but I was really worried that I gained so I am happy!! Last week was rough so it's encouraging to have no gain. This week will be better. Walked to the office this morning already. Last week I was the only one in the office so I drove every day. I really have to concentrate the next few weeks so I am not stressed over Thanksgiving. thanks for everyone's support!
