I hear you. Fibro really takes it's toll on us for days after an excursion like that. If only people understood that we can't plan ahead like most people.
Ain't that the truth! Thursday was a 12 hour shop hop marathon, and then we finished up Saturday and it took another 5 hours. In between I had to work on Friday, now I can barely move.
