I just heard this one: If you wake up in the morning and nothing hurts--you're dead! Ah well, getting old is no picnic but it has its great advantages. I have white hair that people tell me is just beautiful but I really could care less about what people think of me any more. I'm me! I'm unique! I'm special! And so are you!!!!!! We made it. I'm in my late 60's but in my head I'm about 45. It's when I go up or down the stairs that I realize my knees know how old I am. As long as I can move around and as long as I can quilt, I'm a happy camper.
