Yes, they are all 100% cotton. I always check the weave of all the fabrics I buy by holding it up to the light to see if the weave is even and how tight it is. Penney's had very good quality in their fabic items, but I still check just like I do in the quilt shops. Expensive fabric does not alway mean great quality.
