Sharon,
I have a Bernina and I am afraid of it! What stitch, setting did you use to quilt this? Did you freehand it? Please help as I am trying to get used to using a modern machine.

Thanks... Anna
Hi Anna, I know what you mean about being afraid of it. I have been mainly using it for straight stitch, but have a 'stitch regulator' for free motion quilting. I don't know if you have one of those, but it's an attachment that you can buy with the machine, and it makes all your stitches the same size when you move the fabric. I have tended to stay to in the ditch stitch, or hand quilting. But I got the machine so that I could do free motion, so after only 9 months, this is really my first attempt at it. I think that it's just practise that's needed (but who has time for practise when there is so much quilting to do?). I hope you try your machine more, but if you are needing someone to help you, you are free to email me.
Have a nice day. Regards Sharon.
