Pumpkin Cheesecake
1 prepared graham cracker crust
In small bowlmix and beat till smooth:
12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. flour
In another bowl mix:
3 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsps. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
Add the cream cheese mixture then pour into prepared graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or till set.
Topping:
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Spread on top and bake 10 minutes longer.
