Magnolia - good for you for doing exactly the right thing - being cautious, going to your accounts NOT using the email but by going there using your own bookmark or typing in the web address.
These Phishes work by trying to scare you - into doing something you normally wouldn't. It's "social engineering".
Delete these emails, always access your accounts by getting there on your own (not clicking on email links). "Deals" that are too good to be true, usually are.
Keep your radar up, "let's be careful out there"!
