Hello and welcome. Just wanted to add my 2 cents about building your supply. Try a local sewing factory. You can p/u lots of nice sized pieces of fabrics for free. One factory in my area does government contracts so they always have lots of camo-type scraps which I use to make quilts for CitizenSam. It's an organization that send quilts to our troops to let them have a little piece of home and lots of appreciation. Most of the quilts go to hospital bound soldiers when they are being sent home.
