My daughter has one and she absolutely loves it. Make sure that you get one with an adjustable ring. I checked on ebay and there are some patterns and ready made ones on there. I bought hers from a girl in Hawaii several years ago and she never leaves home without it. It's lined with flannel and is easily washable. Good luck with it. I just finished making cover ups for the new nursing moms in our family.
