When my son was deployed, twice, i waited for 3 weeks, then headed to texas, from michigan, to help my DIL. got to stay 10 days both times.

they have 2 kids. Caleb was 9 months and Kevin was 5.

she needed so much help/support. she is in the service too. just having dinner ready for her when they all got home, was a big help. i was so blessed to be retired and able to help her.
People don't realize the sacrifice is not only the soldier, but the family elft behind.

keep your chin up! if nothing else..we are here to cheer you on and lend an ear! Blessings!
