An acquaintance wants to buy one of my quilts. It is 76 by 76 inches. This friend wants to know if that size will fit her double bed, and if so, how. I have never made a quilt to fit a specific bed size and I don't know what to tell her except measure your bed and see where 76x76 fits. She is out of state so we can't just put it on the bed to see and I don't want to send it for trial and then wind up having to get it back or fight to get paid.
Anyone have a better answer?
