Both central Pa and Northeast Ohio have Amish areas. They have beautiful completed quilts as well as shops. I agree that you might want the quilt shop book. I got mine at my LQS and stick in in the car anytime we travel.
If you talk to some locals they will send you in the right direction and let you know where to go. They know the best places to eat as well!!
