My recipe is very similar to yours - For company I bake it in a spring form pan and slice it like pie and serve in bowls to pour milk over. My favorite is to bake it in large size muffin tins and freeze individual muffins.
Thanks for this. I have hesitated making this because of the size of the pans, only two of us here would be eating it the day it is made, my husband works night shift so the morning it is just my son and I.
