Our local quilters guild asks it's members to make a monthly block with a finished size of 9 and 1/2 inches. Since they didn't give us a theme this month, I chose something that I have never done before...triangles.They are as challenging as I anticipated but I think I did alright.

I was careful with ironing the seams to prevent things from getting too bulky but the centers where all the points converge are still pretty bulky. Is there any way to improve on that?

It sure is fun learning new things!
