No, I wash in cold and put it in the dryer for a little bit. It's still a little damp when I take it out. I usually have to put the lining back in the bag. I buy the heavy fleece at Wal-Mart. $3.97 a yard. On the end of the bolt it say Pellon Heavy Fusible Fleece. You can tell the difference between that and the FF the pattern calls for. I think the # on the pattern is 987.
