My GS is soon to turn 5 and loves to watch me sew and wants to sew on a machine by himself. He is very mechanically inclined. He fixes my computer when there is a problem. He wants his own sewing machine and I think he would really use it. (he sews by hand very nice little pillows for his stuffed animals) Toy sewing machines don't seem well made. Any suggestions for a mechanical machine I could get him? I am looking at a mechanical Janome for $99. TIA
