My hubby's first name is Claude and I wanted to name my first daughter Claudia or Claudette--he at the time did not like his name so he would not hear of it. Now he likes his name although we still use his middle name. It pops up on caller ID as Claude so a friend of mine and her hubby call me Claudia. HA None of our children have any part of Claude in their names.
