My old sewing machine kicked the bucket last night :( and since I am in the middle of a lot of projects, I needed a replacement right away.

Our budget is really tight considering my DH was laid off for 6 months. Thank God he just went back. Anyways.... I got a Brother SQ-9000.

I had no idea that a machine with all these extras was even in my price range. It has a walking foot, a quilting foot, and extension table, and the needle down position. Which are all things I was looking for.

It has 80 stitches even a very basic alphabet. I am happy as a clam. Now I just got to set it up...lol

I would love to hear if any of you guys have this machine and what you think of it.
