Wow, I paid 1100 for the Sapphire 850. The only problem with it is that the 1/4 in foot was not covering the feed dogs and it would jerk to the right.
So I had to buy an edging foot and adjust the needle over all the way to 3.5 to get the 1/4 in. Cannot get a scant 1/4 in at all. Big defect but otherwise it has all the bells and whistles and sews like a dream.
