just be sure to roll it on snugly. It should not make a difference. Home quilting frames are a bit different than long arm, but the idea is the same. snug up the backing and be sure the top is smooth so there are no wrinkles. It really should work well.
i have a Grace frame and Bailey 13" and I could do that easily with my set-up. Have fun!
