How did you bind it? Was the quilt top cotton?
I'm making a quilt for my 1-1/2 yo GD, with a cotton top, and fleece back (no batting), and am planning to stitch in the ditch, but wasn't sure what to do about binding. Can I do a normal separate, cotton binding, sewing it to the front and hand-sewing it to the back?
