I know this sounds crazy but I don't do anything with my batting so that I DO get this affect. I love the the wrinkled look in a quilt, makes it looked like it's cozy and been keeping people warm forever. I agree I think she is going to love it!! If she doesn't you can send it my way, I love it ;)
