I watch for them on clearance racks; use coupons for discounts; watch the local thrift stores,yard sales, etc. Bag sales at the thrift stores can be a good source as long as the bag price is reasonable. I've brought home many a $1 and $2 bags full of clothes with neat buttons on them. You'd be surprised how much you can stuff in a bag - especially if you roll things up. The clothes can also be taken apart and used as fabric, trims, rags, etc.
