Back in October I wrote about some fabric I purchased in a shop in South Dakota that was a yellow and orange batik. I discovered blue splotches of color thru the fabric. I called the shop and they called me back and told me that the whole bolt was that way and that is what a batik is. They gave me the design , color and manufacturer info. I wasn't happy with that answer so I contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer got back to me and said that they went to their warehouse and discovered that the fabric was flawed. They sent me a new piece of fabric without the blue splotches. I was very pleased with the customer service from this manufacturer. I gave them the name and location of the shop. Do you think I should contact the shop and tell them or just let it be between them and the manufacturer from this point on?
