I like the yellow, and I think it works very well next to the kiwi green. I think they give a sparkle to your quilt. The samey-samey-ness I think give your quilt a very nice quiet calm sense. I think it all works together nicely.
Also wanted to add I was thinking about making one someday for my daughter and son-il. Their wedding colors were chartruese (her fave) and chocolate brown (his fave) and my plan would be to have those at the intersection. I was thinking about scrapy for the rings but I may rethink. I will be looking at these to compare same patches with scrappy.
