Epsom salts is great for all kinds of things, most are mentioned here. I use 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar and 2 cups of Epsom salts in teh tub with water as warm as I can stand it. Easae in up to chin and soak for as long as water stays warm. Then jump in bed and cover up. The combination draws out the poisons, eases sore and aching muscles, and is very relaxing. Sleep like a baby.
