Try a vacuum cleaner. When I have the twice yearly hatch of flies that get into my house and bump around in the windows, I use a dust buster to suck them up. I have no idea, no idea for over 40 years, how the heck they get in and only twice a year, spring and fall. But suck the buggers up.
