My recipe is 1 bag fresh cranberries (I freeze them & use them frozen)
1 orange.....you want all the orange sections, no white stuff
!/2 C sugar.
Put berries & orange sections in food processor & pulse till ground, but not mushy.
Put in bowl, stir in sugar.Cover & refrigerate.After a couple hrs, taste & adjust sugar. Can make several days before using.I double this & drain off most of the juice before serving.Sometimes I add 1-2 fine diced apple the day of serving.
