Thank you, Prissnboot!!! Regular cotton fabric will work just great!!! I know the artist who is also a quilter made the covers on the lanai on the Florida porch (pic near the end) and she did one of the dressers by painting it on and the rest of the pics are works others have done. I have such a love for furniture and design, etc. that this is right up my alley. I'm in a non-quilting phase too like someone else said on here, but these were all done by others, not me, I just collect the pics for inspiration for when I do go about kicking a piece up a notch, it will be easy!! Actually, it's not hard to think about if you're an artist!! haha.
