The electronic things did the job where I work. You have to use alot of them and the trick is that they need to be placed where they're not obstructed. In other words, not behind a couch, funiture or file cabinet. The sound waves (or whatever) can't go through solid objects. Leave a few traps for those "super-mice" that aren't effected by the waves.
