Amen! my dad was in what was supposed to be one of the best care homes around but unless us kids were there harping on the help to take care of his needs, he was largely ignored, even falling and lying helpless for hours on the bathroom floor while no one knew he was there!! Needless to say we moved him somewhere else until he passed, but it is really scary to see what lies in store for seniors. I would vote for the care home/jail switch. lol
