Replaced the Maytag washer and dryer with the Whirlpool waher, Duet model. Maytag developed a leak that, cost almost as new washer. I am happy with Whirlpool. Cleans good.
It is better to us the HD detergent in front loaders, it is designed to used less per load.
To keep the mold from getting into washer leave the door open.
I purchase appliances from local appliance store, owner told me that Maytag is not the same product is used to be.
Also, local store service is the best. Local store has trained tech when help is need.
