I think I'll just say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone on this post and leave it at that. As a teacher I am ready to celebrate. So I kicked off the holiday break with a big delicious gumbo. This means I'll be eating the entire week! We cajuns can't just eat turkey like the rest of the country.
