1) Pour equal amounts of flour and water into a bucket and blend (2 cups each is good).

2) Make a smooth liquid with no bumps.

3) Add salt to keep from getting moldy.

4) Add white glue for extra stickiness!

5) Dip torn strips in and wrap!

6) Have fun and paint when dry!
