I used it on my feet and onmy one shoulder it does work. it can help with alot of different things I also had to use it to soak my foot in for when they removed 1/2 my toe nail that was one of the directions the foot dr. gave to was to soak it in warm epson salt water for 10 minutes 2 to 3 times aday
