If I was you, I would jump at the chance to buy the Voyager for $2000. I am currently looking for a long arm machine and no one around here sells the Voyager. I went toa Quilt Shop last week (2 hours away) because I wanted to look at the Voyager but when I got there, they told me they no longer sell it. They sold both Baby Lock Crown Jewel (Price: $$9500) and the Voyager and he said the Voyager was a very good machine and he sold plenty of them but because of their low price, they did not make much profit on them so they opted to just carry one brand and not both since they really didn't have enough room in the shop to display both. I was really disappointed because I want a long arm and can't afford a $10,000 price tag and have heard the Voyager is good for being not a main brand. If you decide not to get this, I may be interested--if the seller lives anywhere near here. I live in Minnesota. But I think it would be wise for you to make the $2000 investment.
