this is for my boss' 7yo great granddaughter. she told me in Sept. that she wanted one for all 12 of them! I told her to pick ONE! maybe 2 (for Christmas!) so she's going to pick the kid and I'll start in Jan. and see how many will get one for next year.
she had no idea what she wanted but said Tori likes girly girly stuff(lace, ruffles, and PINK) but she loves cowboy boots too.
so I found a coloring book page of a boot and enlarged it, cut it out and tried to use lots of pink. you can't see in the foto but the boots that have a heart on it I quilted itty bitty circles round and round and it looks lacey.
the one I'm doing now (not for her) is an image of the Albanian flag, now that one was hard to applique!
