I certainly didn't mean to belittle the mission of most thrift stores which are connected someway to helping the less fortunate and I hope you did not take it that way.
Nevertheless, I think most of us quilters are trying to get the best bang out of our buck in this trying economy. That was my point in this thread. God Bless and Happy Thanksgiving.
