It's bad enough dealing with Joann's frequently rude, inexperienced and erroneous sales associates on normal, nonblockbuster days. Think of how much worse it will be on Black Friday with more customers and more new hires! There isn't anything I want badly enough to put myself through that.
Amen!!! Then add the customers that won't take a number because "I just have a simple question" then take up the clerk's time to discuss a humongous problem & has her running around the store looking for items. grrrrrr! No wonder tensions are so high during sales times!!! :hunf:
