You all have inspired me! I've finished the blocks, quilted them and will get them in the frame and post a pic, hopefully this weekend. Your suggestions and encouragement were truly helpful. Ended up doing a sampler, simple blocks but fun! Wanted to share my insight after not quilting for almost 20 years. 1. The iron is smarter than I am 2. Someone came in and snatched my eyes and left me with a pair that must use the bifocals (urgggg), 3. My pin pricks require direct pressure for 10 minutes to stop bleeding and 4. How does 4 hours pass like the blink of an eye. 5. My bladder is not the boss of me (see #4). lol
