Thank you, cassiemae, for sharing your recipe!! I love the homemade kind better and like the idea you used non-fat dry milk powder in yours. Now when you use the mix to make biscuits, you can eliminate the need for whole milk. So you would just take 2-1/4 cups biscuit mix, add 2/3 cup water, mix together, knead 10 times, roll 1/2 inch thick and cut w/a 2-1/2 inch cutter or glass. Bake 8-10 min. @450. Is that about what you do? Thanks!!! :D :D :thumbup:

p.s. my Bisquick recipe only makes 6 cups as I don't use it as often so I wouldn't need as much as your recipe calls for although I could halve your recipe for 5 cups.
