I also think they should leave them up because often there are patterns or really good links in the blog posts.
As to this site...WOW. I can stay here for quite a while and never have time to quilt! It's quite busy because there are people here from all over the world, so at any given moment someone appears to be posting on the site in one forum or another.
So, it's kind of neat while of course, frustrating, because you want to stay "caught up". It's impossible.
