Why is it I spend so much more time cleaning and straightening out my sewing room than actually making something? It seems like I have to clean it up before I start any project. Back to my old adage I tell my grandkids. "If you don't want to clean up a mess, don't make a mess." I try so hard to put things back in their rightful place right away so I can find it when I need it again, and I try to only get out things that apply to the project I am currently working on. Notice I said TRY.
