Certainly Epson Salts work. My massage therapist insists going home and taking a really hot bath with Salts for about 20 minutes. Works wonders especially before bedtime. Always use cold packs in conjunction with hot packs. Put ice on knots and sore spots and hot packs just above the cold pack or just below. Works!!!
