What am I going to ATTEMPT to make with it.

Twisted Star clear at the bottom. I am making it for my dd and sil that were recently married.
They want the stars to be a deep maroon/red. Not too purple though and gold. So I thought I would do the twists in graded shades of tan to brown. The backgound will be a white on white.
My sil doesn't want it too girly. So, we'll see what it looks like. First I plan to make a sample out of different fabric to make sure I can do the block then I'll make a sample of this to make sure I like how it is looking before I commit to a whole quilt. What do you think?
BTW the blue on the end and a couple others mixed in are for my plans to make an URR. That is still in the dreaming stage though.
